Job Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Higher level of eduation
Must be able to read,write and spell on HS Grade level 12 or higher
PC Skills-MS Office, internet navigation
Active listener
Strong communication skills. Must speak clearly and have pleasant phone persona.
Ability to negotiate; telemarketing/sales expereince a plus
Professional demeanor
Works well with limited supervison in a team environment
Call center expereince/Bi linqual/HIPAA/FDCPA/FCRA knowledge all a plus but not required
Must wear dual ear piece head set; provided by management
Multitasking SKills essential: Must be albe to speak and type simultaneoulsy; navigate through various screens
Solid attendance/punctuality history. Appicants with poor history will not be considered.
