We are conveniently located south of the DFW airport in the Centreport business district.
In this supervisory role, you will be responsible for managing the day–to–day medical collections and customer service functions to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Candidate must assure that all work processes and results are within corporate and Federal FDCPA guidelines.
- Train and monitor direct reports on departmental performance against operational goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
- Respond to issues raised in audits.
- Effectively communicate with clients and assist on escalated call issues.
- Ability to identify and understand the application of collection related tools and technology, with the ability to integrate tools into the current environment for maximum effectiveness.
- Achieve monthly budgets as set by management.
- Work with Client Services to resolve customer account issues.
- Identify trends and coach direct reports to maximize performance and motivation.
- Monitor daily phone activity on direct reports; including their progress towards goals.
- Properly document all discussions with direct reports in a timely manner.
- Periodic interaction with company clients.
- Prepare and discuss progressive disciplinary action when required.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Medical Collections Supervisor.
- Has excellent knowledge of the FDCPA regulations as well as other state and federal laws in the collection industry.
- Must be familiar with dialer operations.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Excellent management skills in a team environment, ability to work independently, resolve complex issues and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Outlook, Word and Excel a must.
- Must be able to work nights and Saturdays.
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish is required.
